           Larry Manfredi of South Florida Birding, has volunteered 
      several great photos: Bahama Mockingbird, Stripe headed Tanager and Bahama Woodstar to the Bahamas; Cuban Emerald and Cuban Peewee to Cuba, and the Blue-gray Gnatcatcher to North Carolina (highest breeding density). Also check out Larry's great tours to the Dry Tortugas and the Bahamas.

          Permission has been received from Ross Warner to use 
      some of the wonderful images from his African Birds page: Gray Crowned-Crane is Uganda's national bird, Helmeted Guinea-fowl is best seen in Senegal, the Egyptian Goose can be seen in (where else...) Egypt, and the Superb Starling, Martial Eagle, Kori Bustard, White-headed Buffalo-weaver, Secretarybird, and Lilac-breasted (beautiful!) Roller were all photographed in Tanzania.
    .......Trident Press, publishers of "Arabian Wildlife", has
      approved the use of several of their Arabian bird photographs: Collared Kingfisher breeds in Oman, Pale Crag Martin can be found in Jordan, Indian Pond-Heron is from (guess...) India, the Lesser Spotted Eagle frequents Turkey, and the Imperial Eagle can be observed in most of the Middle East (included in World Bird Sampler).
          Transferred Uganda, Egypt, Oman, Turkey and Jordan to

      Bird Sampler and various locations around the world: Himalayan (White-cheeked) Bulbul to India, Bonaparte's Gull highest breeding density is northern British Columbia, the Mute Swan is the national bird of Denmark, the highest density wintering population of Eurasian Widgeon is in Washington, Saskatchewan has the highest density of breeding Northern Pintails, while Oregon has the highest breeding density of Canvasback, Brewer's Sparrows breed in Nevada,  while Swamp Sparrows can be found most easily in Ontario

      His web-page is hosted as part of this site. You must see the full-size images to really appreciate them! Thumbnails of his beautiful birds (including a most pugnacious Allen's Hummingbird) can be found scattered all over this site: Anna's Hummingbird, Lazuli Bunting, Burrowing Owl and Lawrence's Goldfinch to California, Virginia Rail to (where else...) Virginia, Pink-footed Shearwater to Chile (breeding grounds), the Pectoral Sandpiper breeds in Churchill, Manitoba, Sandhill Crane to Nebraska, Gray Heron and Greater Flamingo to France, Green Heron to Louisiana, the highest breeding concentration of American Pipits are in Colorado, Little Green Bee-eater is common in India, and the Pacific Loon breeds in Alaska.

          Finally managed to find the Hawaiian birds in Sibley-Monroe
