Grace’s Clarified Butter and Mushrooms
Get a pound of butter and clarify it. Melt it on the stove top and skim
the thick white stuff that rises to the top. You will be left with the
clear stuff on the bottom. Forgive me, I am not a chef! Then cut up a LOT
of mushrooms (as many as you want). Mushrooms shrink considerably when
you cook them so take that into consideration. Cook them on medium heat
for about 3 hours. Yup! I mean 3 hours. The mushrooms change flavour and
get a grand texture. It is a mouth watering sinful topping to put on a
killer steak!!!!! Finger lip smacking GREAT!
