Ronnie's Protein Bar

1 cup whole almonds (ground until fine in texture)
1 cup peanut butter (7 gr per 2 Tsp, 2 gr fiber)
1 package of dried non-fat milk (3.2 oz) 12 gr per 1/3 cup or 23 gr
1/3 cup melted butter
16 packages of Splenda  (12 would have been fine)

Mix together and pat into buttered, square corning ware and freeze. Cut into squares or rectangles.  Makes 8 or 16 snacks.
