Chocolate Peanut-Butter “Globs”
1 ounce baking chocolate
1/3 c peanut butter
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 ricotta (part skim)
12 packets Nutrasweet
1 tsp. Vanilla
Melt first three ingredients in microwave or over low heat. Stir in
remaining ingredients and drop by rounded teaspoons on waxed paper.
Chill until firm. Makes one dozen (~3g protein, 2g carbo, 7g fat each).
