Sooz’s Peanut Butter Cookies
Try this one! These are chewy, sweet and really good. Carbs are pretty easy to determine based on the number of carbs in your Peanut butter.
1 cup peanut butter (sugar free)
Sweetener equivalent to 1 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients together well. Roll about a tablespoon of dough
into ball and place on cookie sheet sprayed with no stick spray. Flatten
each cookie with a fork. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Let cool a bit and enjoy!
