Cimarene’s Thousand Island Dressing
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish (any pickle relish)
2 tbs. chili sauce or ketchup (This cookbook has lots of good low carb
ketchup recipes)
2 tbsp. chopped green bell peppers
2 tbsp. onion (chopped)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. sweetener
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 hard cooked egg, chopped.
Combine all in a small bowl (I use the blender) add egg last.
(though I usually DON'T use the egg.. grin). Makes approximately 1 1/3
cups.
