Stephanie’s Chicken Salad
2 large cans of chicken
1 cup sliced celery
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger
We spread it on celery stalks or just eat it on a lettuce bed with a
few bits of chopped tomato.
