Broccoli Salad – from Jennifer
2 heads broccoli cut into little florets
3/4 C. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped into bits
1-medium onion (I used a small one due to the carbs though!)
Dressing:
1/2c. Mayonnaise
1Tbls. Vinegar
Artificial Sweetener to equal 1Tbsp. sugar (I used 1 packet of equal)
Mix into the veggies!!
