Dawn’s Curry Chicken Salad
2 C. diced cooked chicken
1/2 C mayonnaise
1 1/2 sticks celery, chopped
1/4 C. chopped walnuts
2 Tbs. curry powder
Just add to a bowl and stir! This is great for lunch or as a quick
dinner, for those nights that I get home late and REALLY don't want to
cook – it keeps me from grabbing something carby just because it's fast...
