Ice Cream by Mark

1 1/2 cups Splenda
1 Qt half & half
1 Qt heavy cream
Pinch salt
2 T vanilla extract
4 egg yolks

Mixed up the 1/2/12, salt, splenda and eggs, brought to a boil, cooled off and mixed the rest...  Hand cranked for about 45 minutes.  Tasted alot like Ben & Jerry's French Vanilla.  Almost too rich...

Even my 16 year old son was impressed !!
