Chocolate Shake

Put in blender:

1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp. cocoa
2 heaping Tbsp. Equal or Splenda
2 heaping Tbsp. lowcarb protein powder (optional)

Blend a few minutes then blend in about 8 cubes ice, one at time.
