Calais Trip Report - by Didier Godreau

I have just finished my bird trip report concerning the Calais area : I was there on 24 & 25 January, 1999. The weather was correct , no sun and no rain. We began our visit by Le
Clipon, and Dunkerque harbour, Platier d’Oye, Oye Plage, Cap Blanc-Nez, Ambleteuse and Cap Gris-Nez. We came to Marquenterre on Sunday : a great moment with many birds (50 species). Here is my bird list for this short but nice trip :

I think we did well, and saw many birds, in good conditions in such a short time.
