Spinach Pie - from Lisa Lucas

1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 cup scallions with greens, minced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup fresh dill, minced
1    cup feta cheese, crumbled
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 large eggs pepper to taste
3/4 cup butter, melted

Squeeze spinach dry.

In processor bowl, combine spinach with scallions, parsley, dill, cheeses, eggs and pepper. Process until smooth.
Press into a pie dish of choice and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool and serve! Yum! You may add or subtract from this recipe.
