Greek Eggs - from Lisa Lucas
The amounts can vary based upon how large of a serving is wanted.
I mix crumbled Feta ( Athens Basil & Tomato ) , and sliced Kalamata
Olives with beaten eggs and lightly scramble. Sprinkle a little pepper
on top and
enjoy. I also add crumbled bacon on top sometimes. Feta Cheese is less
than One Gram of carbs per serving.
