BBQ Sauce
1 large onion, minced
1 tsp. garlic powder or 4 cloves garlic minced
½ Tbsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. celery seed
Dash or so of cayenne
1 Tbsp. oil
¼ cup catsup
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. pepper
½ cup water
1Tbsp. Paprika
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. chili powder
Sauté the onion, garlic, and celery seed in oil until browned.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Brush ribs several times during
barbecue. This recipe may be safely doubled.
