Teriyaki Marinade – from Chuck Dudek
1/2 cup oil
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger
9 Equal tabs
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry
3 cloves garlic
Mix and pour over meat. Let sit for 4-12 hours. Really works well for
London Broil. Yummy.
