Tangy BBQ Sauce - from "Cooking Low Carb", by Brenda Laughlin and Kelly Nason
Serving Size: 1 tablespoon
1 stick butter
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon mustard
1 dash cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavouring
4 teaspoons Sugar Twin
Melt butter, add vinegar and other ingredients. Stir until well blended. Bring to a boil, and lower heat. Let simmer for a few minutes.
Carbohydrates per Serving (1 tablespoon): Less than 1 gram
