Heinz-like Ketchup – from Chuck Dudek

12 oz. tomato paste
12 oz. water
6 oz. vinegar
10 Equal tablets (or 5 packets)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon salt
(Optional) pinch of cloves, cumin, other spices you might like

Dissolve Equal tablets in water then add remaining ingredients. Blend until combined. 54 grams in entire recipe. 1 gram per tablespoon (about ¼ Heinz)
