Debbie Cusick’s Homemade Peanut Butter

12 oz jar of unsalted peanuts
2-3 tbsp. peanut oil
Pinch of salt if desired
Pinch of sweetener if desired

Put peanuts into processor and let 'er rip. When it starts to look sort of mealy begin to drizzle in the oil and process a bit longer. Add salt and sweetener if desired. Yum.
