Lemon Roast Chicken
1 Whole Chicken
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp. Oregano
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 cup Chicken broth (or water)
3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Remove the giblets and neck, wash the chicken and pat it dry. Salt &
Pepper. The chicken and place it in a crock-pot, with the cavity opening
towards the top. Sprinkle half the Oregano and Garlic inside the cavity,
and half outside. Add butter and Chicken broth to the crock-pot.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. During the last hour of cooking add
Lemon juice.
