Brown ground beef (0 carbs). Drain, put in deep pan. Add pepperoni (0
carbs). Add mushrooms (3 carbs). Add bag of cheese blend (1 carb).
Top with Parmesan cheese (0 carbs). Also add pizza sauce (4 carbs). Can
also top with dollop of horseradish (1 carb). Can also add green pepper
, onion, sausage and that’s it! And stir and spoon and eat.....
