“Hamburger Helper" – from Susan Capps
Slightly more than a pound of scrambled hamburger, cooked & drained
1 bag frozen cauliflower, thawed and cut into little pieces
Sprinkle of dry mustard, sprinkle of garlic powder, sprinkle of salt
(you can use pepper too)
Cheese sauce (2 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. flour, 1/2 cup milk, a little
water, 8 oz cheese -- basic cooked cheese sauce but w/ less flour and milk)
Grated cheese on top
Mixed it all up, stuck in oven for a little while (til husband got home
and we decided to eat), about 1/2 hr... his verdict = GREAT DINNER
