Laurie’s Salmon with Lemon Parsley Sauce

8 (4-oz.) salmon filets
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp onion, diced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp lemon juice

Place salmon in a buttered or oiled 9" x 13" baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients until smooth. Spread evenly over each salmon filet. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes.
