Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup unsalted butter (no margarine)
3 tbsp. minced garlic
1 lb. shelled shrimp
Bake at 350 for about 6 to 7 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the
shrimp. The shrimp are done when they turn pink.
