Cheese Ideas from Jennifer
Cheese puffs - take a slice of American cheese (the individually wrapped
stuff) break it into quarters; microwave on a plate for about 1 minute.
Pop off and enjoy.
Cheese nips - Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray, place thick slices
of sharp cheddar cheese on it. Sprinkle them with seasoned
salt and bake @ 350 for about 20 minutes.
Cheese "tortilla chips" - Take a small frying pan, grate in some cheddar
cheese. When it's all melted and tiny bubbles appear, flip it over
and brown the other side...take out, let cool and break into pieces...dip
away!
