Chocolate Mousse – from Emz

6 oz. semisweet chocolate (96g's)
1/4 lb. (1/2 cup) unsalted butter (.7g's)
3 eggs separated (1g)
12 packets equal (10g's)
3/4 cup heavy cream (5g's)
1/2 tsp. vanilla (.25g's)
Makes 4 servings. (28g's per serving) or for 6 servings (19g's per
serving)
