Coconut Bavarian by Enid in Ottawa

1 pkg diet Jello (any flavour)
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup whipping cream
2/3 cup SF coconut

Dissolve Jello in boiling water.  Add cold water.  Chill until slightly thickened.  Whip cream.  Blend into the gelatine.  Add coconut.  Chill until firm.  Delish!
