Raspberry Protein Shake – from Bruce

2 scoops vanilla whey protein (GNC brand or Designer Protein)
Raspberry syrup to taste
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice
1 oz syrup
1 tsp. psyllium powder (for fibre)
10 drops liquid stevia

Put in a blender and mix until ice is crushed.
