Flaxseed Pancakes – from NLFRYHOVER
1/4 c. soy protein powder isolate
1/4 c. fresh ground flaxseed
1 T Splenda
1 t baking powder
1 egg
2 T cream
2 T oil
A little water to thin
Mix and cook on hot buttered pan. You can add some cinnamon, a
few blueberries or some chopped nuts.
