Pancakes/Waffles – from AnnieOops
Mix 3 Tablespoons of 0 carb, any flavour, soy isolate protein powder
with ¼ Cup ricotta cheese, 1 Tablespoon cream, 1 packet sweetener
and 1 egg. Add enough water to thin out batter, keep it kinda thick for
waffles. This makes 2 large waffles with only 1 carb per waffle. Vanilla
is great with syrup, chocolate and strawberry good with whip cream.
