The Creston Valley Wildlife Management Area is located 10 km. west
of Creston on Highway #3, the Crowsnest Pass route. The closest Canadian
International Airports are located at Vancouver, British Columbia, and
Calgary, Alberta. Local air carriers service both Cranbrook and Castlegar.
From wherever you land, take the bus, or drive (there's good birding along
both routes all the way from Vancouver or Calgary). Daily Greyhound bus
service passes through Creston. Visitors can be dropped off by the bus
on Highway #3 at the turnoff to the Wildlife Centre. The Wildlife Centre
is 0.5 km. south of the highway. Driving instructions from the main
